OMAR is suitable for single users or larger organisations
OMAR is fully functional for all levels of NDIS providers.
Sole traders will have full administrative access to all function of OMAR.
Organisations with staff in provider roles can add extra screens (up to their subscription limit) to team members to enable them to fully manage participants. Screens can be also be allocated to accounting staff, without participant confidentiality being compromised.
We offer full support and each administrator gets a minimum of I hour free one on one training to get your organisation successfully up and running.

Step one
Purchase your subscription using the secure link below and choose how many screens your organisation requires. If your requirements change you can always manage your subscription using the Stripe portal (link below). To expedite setting up your OMAR account please use the OMAR application form on our contact page. Otherwise this will be emailed to you using the information provided when you subscribe. Step two
Once we receive your subscription we will set up your profile in OMAR and email you an invitation to log on and set up your profile and other users that will assist you to add your participant information.
We recommend not adding all your users until you have your participant information uploaded into OMAR, we have found that this assists you in maintaining clean data. You will of course need to invite anyone assisting with the initial setup.
You can call or email support at any time during this process. Whilst we know that OMAR is intuitive and an straightforward, we understand that using new software can be daunting. Don't worry, we have your back! We have real humans (during Australian EST office hours) who are NDIS experts and providers themselves to give you all the support you need.
Step three
The OMAR system is participant focused. Adding your participants to OMAR is the next step. This is to ensure that your business has all the information that enables invoicing and compliance with NDIS legislation.
New participants are added with the first three items as a minimum to get started; other items can be updated later but we encourage you to get as much information into the system as possible. You can see how comprehensive OMAR is.

Step four
Add your staff to OMAR so they can keep participant records up to date, manage their time, participant invoicing and NDIS compliance. Welcome to a whole new world freedom from administrative burden and the need for complicated shadow systems. We automatically load the NDIS pricing updates for you, ensuring you always have the correct codes and pricing.
